After spending 3 days on the web looking for a good host I bumped into HostOrange. Speed of their site was good, usually if i get to a hosting companies site and the speed it loads is slow I don't even bother asking questions but Host Orange was good speed. We communicated to them a bunch of times via MSN Messenger and they were very professional and all was answered in a timely manner. Communication via real time chat is something other hosting companies should offer... So we made a deal, they even opted to activating our account even before we sent payment. Something no other company has ever offered to us. After getting setup we had a few requests, we used their support ticket system and we were impressed that they had all our requests answered within minutes. A few days ago, our site went down for roughly 25 minutes for the first time. They were quick to fix, and in return without us asking they offered a free month of hosting added on to our package. In fewer words, HostOrange has simply surpassed my expectations of any hosting company. Having dealt with over 10 different hosting companies, I choose Host Orange
